Now that you have selected your CoBuildTM model it is time to finalize your new home's finishes. Your new home comes delivered with your selections from a variety of included standard finishes, some with optional upgrade(s) at an additional cost. If our provided selection of finishes does not align with your vision we can offer out a solution for both ends of the budgetary spectrum. For the budget concious we encourage you to explore our standard options and select which work best for you. Once your home is delivered and set on it's foundation any on-site upgrades can be made on your timeline. On the other side of the coin for those who are not willing to compromise you may consider our full service design build division "Native Modular" where you work directly with our architectural and design team.
