Working in parallel compresses the overall timeline as upon delivery modules are craned and joined in a day, meaning finishing takes mere weeks, rather than months to years. Faster completion reduces carryover and material volitility costs and gets you living in your new home sooner.

What Do You Contribute? ( Homeowner Responsibilites )

To make your duties as clear as possible, we have assembled an easy to follow checklist to coach you through your responsiblities as a CoBuild^TM builder. Your responsiblities include:

• Permits & Site Prep: zoning, building permit, foundation, crane access, erosion control.
• Utility Hook-ups & Tap-ins: water/sewer (or septic), electric, gas/data to stub-outs, grounding electrode.
• Set Day Site Ready: crane pad & staging area, route clearance.
• Post-Set Final Touches: utility tie-ins, seam blending, paint touch-ups, flooring transitions, porches/decks/garages, grading & landscaping and final inspections.
