Position Title: Pre-Construction Project Manager
Position Type: Full Time Contract Position through December 31, 2021 EcoCraft Contracted Positions Will Transition to Salaried Beginning January 1, 2022
Compensation Details: $60,000-$70,000 Annually

Roles and Responsibilities:
EcoCraft Homes, Inc. is experiencing a period of unprecedented growth due to increased consumer demand for sustainable and efficient buildings. To continue to deliver unparalleled service for our customers, EcoCraft is seeking a Pre-Construction Project Manager to join our Design and Construction team.

The Pre-Construction Project Manager will work closely with the Director of Customer Experience and EcoCraft VP throughout the Design and Construction process to manage the documentation, coordination, and customer relation needs of our projects. The EcoCraft team is a small, hardworking group of individuals dedicated to creating a superior construction experience to our customers. The right candidate must be comfortable working with varied stakeholders across multiple projects and should exhibit exceptional communication and time management skills. Due to the size of the team, this position will work with a great deal of autonomy, and the right candidate must exhibit excellent judgement when it comes to identifying and communicating risks to project schedule or budget.

While responsibilities across the team will vary depending on the right candidate’s skill set and expertise, the Pre-Construction Project Manager should expect to contribute in some of the following ways:

Location:
EcoCraft offices are located in the Lawrenceville neighborhood of Pittsburgh, with project sites located throughout the North East and Mid-Atlantic. While this position will be based out of our Lawrenceville headquarters, EcoCraft operates on a flexible hybrid work model for our staff, with schedules consisting of a combination of office hours, remote work, and site visits to projects in the Pittsburgh area.
